A Tutorial: Peachy Browns!
I am so excited about this post because it is my first tutorial! Today I am going to be showing you an eyeshadow look that involves peachy tones and warm browns which I think are very appropriate for both Autumn and Spring. I was just experimenting with my eyeshadows and found a nice combination that I think work really well together so I hope you enjoy this tutorial and let me know if you think I should do more!
Lets begin!
First you want to apply a base for your eyeshadows, I used a Maybelline colour tattoo eyeshadow called 'Inked in Pink'. This has nice champagne undertones to it which will help to make the next colour POP! I applied this all over my lid and a little bit into the crease as we will be applying shadows to these areas.

Next take a shimmery champagne eyeshadow all over your eyelid over the top of that base colour. I used Mac's eyeshadow in the shade 'Ricepaper'. This is more a yellowy toned colour but with the pink base it created a bit of a peach colour.
Now take a matte brown shadow and blend this well into your crease and a bit above. This will help to blend the colour together and add a little bit of depth to the look. Make sure it is subtle but can be noticed. I used mac's eyeshadow in 'Wedge'. This is more of a cool toned brown but you could used warm tones if you prefer. This balances out the warm tones of the different eyeshadows.
Now to add depth to the eyeshadow look, apply a warm toned deep brown to your crease and outer corner. I used the brown colour on the left of my YSL eyeshadow quad. I think the warm tone mixed with pink and champagne colours makes it peachy coloured.
You can apply mascara now if you want to make it less deep and smokey but I used a smokey blackish grey eyeliner and applied this to upper and lower lashline and then I used a little eyeliner brush to smudge it and this made it smokey. I used a BYS eyeliner in black but you can use any eyeliner you fancy!
Now just apply a couple coats of your favourite mascara, I used (yeah you guessed it) my Maybelline colossal mascara after I curled my eyelashes.
For the lips, I went with a simple glossy nude pink which I thought complemented this look but you can use whatever colour you want! Even peach which I think would look great! I decided on Mac's 'Crème Cup' lipstick and Mac's Lipglass in 'Cultured' to top it off!
I really hope you liked this post and try out this look! You don't need to use the eyeshadows I used if you don't have them. They aren't super unique colours and I am sure you could find them from another brand!
